About The Position

Home Care Partners is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide non-medical services to seniors in their homes. This role is essential in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life, particularly for those with conditions such as Parkinson's, Dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and overnight shifts, catering to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation, insurance, and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving or nursing assistance is preferred.
