About The Position
Join HomeWell Care Services as an in-home Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide personalized care and support to those in need. Full time available if you are willing to drive.
Requirements
- CNA Certificate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- CPR, First Aid certification is a plus.
- Experience with elderly care or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
