Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
• Reliable, patient, and trustworthy with a dedication to client well-being.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain any required certifications.
• Willingness to travel within Santa Fe, NM.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
• Follow care plans and ensure individualized client needs are met.
