Requirements

  • HHA certificate or CNA license (valid in Florida)
  • CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • A compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
  • Prepare meals, offer medication reminders, and encourage wellness habits
  • Run errands and assist with appointments as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying, and cleaning
  • Observe and report any changes in health or behavior
  • Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
  • Help clients feel safe, seen, and supported — while making them smile and helping them maintain their independence and dignity
