Requirements

• Experience caring for the elderly
• Ability to follow directions and provide accurate, timely feedback
• Mature, responsible, and trustworthy
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

Nice To Haves

• One year of caregiving experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals
• Assist with grooming and dressing
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Wash, iron, and fold laundry
• Grocery shop and provide transportation as needed
• Assist with recreational and leisure activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance
• Document details of each visit
