Requirements
- A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others.
- Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact.
- Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques.
- Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Empower Independence: Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
- Promote Safety & Wellbeing: Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Advocate with Heart: Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
- Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
