Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
  • Background check clearance
  • CPR certification required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • certification in home health care preferred
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Administer medication and manage health monitoring tasks.
  • Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
