Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
- Background check clearance
- CPR certification required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- certification in home health care preferred
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare roles is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Administer medication and manage health monitoring tasks.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
