About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family‑owned and award‑winning in‑home care agency, is seeking qualified and dedicated Personal Caregivers for both full‑time and part‑time positions. Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (training provided)
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and successfully complete a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Demonstrated reliability, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle are required for travel between client residences

Responsibilities

Deliver personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Work in clients’ homes, with varying shift times and care needs
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and adherence to agency standards at all times
