Why You’ll Love Working with Us: Flexible shifts – part-time, full-time, day, evening, and weekend Growth opportunities – training, career advancement & mentorship Competitive pay: $18.50–$22/hr (base + shift differentials + bonuses) Same-day pay with Tapcheck Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), tuition discounts Close to home: Clients within 15 miles of your location Supportive team: 24/7 access to on-call support Referral bonus program What You’ll Do: Provide personalized, in-home care for seniors in the Gresham area Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support Follow care plans and communicate with the care team Monitor health changes and report concerns Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment What You Bring to the Role: Personal or professional caregiving experience (preferred, not required) Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to travel at least 15 miles one way to client homes Comfort working in varied home environments Consent to safety devices where applicable (e.g., video monitoring) Must be able to lift 25 lbs Home Instead never asks you to provide financial or sensitive personal information without verifying with you at our office during a one-on-one interview or meeting . Requirements
