About The Position

At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, caregiving is more than a job — it’s meaningful work that changes lives. We are currently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in the Waupaca area.

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

12-hour shifts are preferred, but we are flexible and can often adjust schedules to help meet your needs and availability.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required — we provide training

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Observe and communicate any changes in client condition
