Requirements

HHA certificate or CNA license (valid in Florida)
CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
Prepare meals, offer medication reminders, and encourage wellness habits
Run errands and assist with appointments as needed
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying, and cleaning
Observe and report any changes in health or behavior
Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
Help clients feel safe, seen, and supported — while making them smile and helping them maintain their independence and dignity
Aiding with activities of daily living
Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Providing companionship
