About The Position
Korean-Speaking Caregiving Heroes Wanted in Central San Diego/Mira Mesa Area! We seek an experienced, compassionate, reliable Korean-speaking professional to provide exceptional client care in Central San Diego, preferably near Miramar. You'll assist with daily activities, offer emotional support, and ensure client safety and wellbeing. Your role directly enhances the quality of life for those in your care while providing culturally sensitive communication in Korean. Our caregivers deliver comprehensive non-medical home care services, including: Nutritious meal preparation (including Korean cuisine when requested) Personal hygiene and grooming assistance Medication management support Companionship and social engagement in Korean Safe transfer assistance Household maintenance Essential errand services Enrichment activities Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs. Requirements
- Genuine passion for caregiving
- Minimum 8+ years of professional caregiving experience
- Fluency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proven track record with elderly Korean clients preferred
- Home Care Aide State Certification
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Clean fingerprint/background check
- Reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Korean culture and customs
- Ability to provide culturally appropriate care
- Mature, professional demeanor with life experience

- Proven track record with elderly Korean clients preferred
