About The Position

We are looking for a compassionate in-home caregiver in Boone and Story County to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.

Requirements

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
Supportive and compassionate
High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.
Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
