About The Position
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring their well-being and comfort. This companionship and caregiving position has flexible scheduling with daytime shifts available . Clients typically receive 4 hours of care and at times, longer shifts may be available.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Preferred 1+ yrs caregiving and mechanical lift experience but we are willing to train you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer medication reminders
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
