Requirements

Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques.
Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills
Must be able to provide transportation

Responsibilities

Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
Assist members with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, dressing & personal hygiene, shopping/errands, & mobility & transferring.
Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
Participate in training and skill-building opportunities that will ensure you are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to appropriately support the behavioral needs of our members, respond proactively to concerns, and promote positive outcomes.
Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
