Requirements

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—paid training is provided
A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to assist with mobility or lifting when required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, in-home care tailored to each client’s needs
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Assist with mobility and accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
Follow individualized care plans and communicate clearly with families and team members
