Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated IN HOME Caregivers to provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companion services for clients in Pasco County. The role focuses on ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Have reliable form of transportation
Must be able to work with male and female clients
Must be able to pass a Level II Background Check
Proof of a Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
CPR and First Aid Certification (training provided)
Alzheimer's / Dementia Certification (training provided)
HIV / Aids Certification (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide care for the elderly and/or disabled adults with developmental disabilities in the privacy of their own homes.
Personal Care Assistance (bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene)
Monitor clients safety within the home/Supervision
Light Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, laundry, etc.)
Ambulation and Transferring Assistance
Transportation - Assist with scheduling a transport to doctor appointments/run errands
Grocery Shopping / Assisting with online shopping
Meal Preparation
Companionship
Assist with the clients personal goals!
Provide friendly medication reminders!
