About The Position

Right at Home Spokane is a family-owned, award-winning home care agency hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers to support seniors and adults who need help living safely at home. Requirements

  • HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we’ll pay for your training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • A reliable car (dependable transportation is required for client visits)
  • A positive, dependable, caring attitude and a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
  • Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Offer medication reminders (non-medical) and routine support
  • Document care and communicate clearly with the care team
