About The Position

Competitive Compensation: $20–$22 per hour Pay varies based on background, certifications, and the level of Caregiver services you are able to deliver. Requirements

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not mandatory—we cover training costs
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and successfully complete a competency exam, drug test, and nationwide background screening
  • Dependable, caring, and motivated individuals who truly enjoy helping others

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care assistance such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
  • Support with household tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Provide care within clients’ homes, with shifts and duties that vary based on client needs
