About The Position
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist an elderly client in their private residence. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in elderly care, a kind demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping.
- Accompany client to medical appointments and errands.
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to family or care coordinator.
