About The Position

As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized, non-medical support including companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation. Join a team that values your heart, your time, and your commitment to making a difference.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid California Driver’s License (Out-of-state licenses not accepted)
• Reliable vehicle + current auto insurance (must be listed as insured driver)
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and DMV check
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – we’ll help you register if needed
• Negative TB test (we’ll cover the cost if you need one)
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties
• Flexible availability
• Two professional references
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Transport clients to appointments or social outings (as needed)
