Why caregivers choose Cypress Clear expectations and support from a responsive office team Consistent communication so you’re not left guessing Professional standards that make your work easier, not harder A long-standing, respected company with real stability What you’ll do Responsibilities depend on the client’s care plan, but often include: Companion care and conversation Assistance with ADLs as needed (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Safe mobility support and fall prevention (transfers, walking support) Meal prep, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping related to the client’s care Medication reminders (as permitted by the care plan and regulations) Transportation to appointments or errands when assigned Observing changes in condition and communicating updates to the care team Basic documentation and following the care plan consistently What we’re looking for Caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, hospital, etc.) Driver’s license required Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required Strong attendance and communication (this role needs consistency) Comfortable working independently in a client’s home while following a care plan Able to meet onboarding requirements and pass required background checks Schedule & availability Hiring for: Full time and Part time Shifts: Days / Evenings / Overnights / Weekends Pay Starting at $22/hr (based on experience and case needs) Benefits Full-time employees have access to a no-cost benefits plan Caregiver referral bonus program that rewards you for bringing great people to the team Ongoing referral contests with cash prizes, recent first place winner received $1,500 Paid online training to build and refresh your skills Hands-on training and support when you want to learn something new or feel more confident in your work
Requirements
- Driver’s license required
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Strong attendance and communication (this role needs consistency)
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home while following a care plan
