Requirements
- CNA or HHA certification preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients
- Proof of current TB test
- Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role
- Dependable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to pass a national criminal background check and all state-required screenings
Nice To Haves
- 1,000 hours of long-term care experience (Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs)
