Requirements

Credentials -Current CNA or HCA in Washington State, or the ability to complete the home care aid (HCA) program within 200 days of hire.
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation every day.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
Working hands-on with activities of daily living tasks: Ambulation/Transfers Bathing Incontinence Care Dressing/Grooming Eating Toileting
Serving clients with instrumental activities of daily living: Cooking (Meal Prep) Light Housework Errands Medication Reminder Laundry
Ability to act quickly and responsibly to report cases of emergency and client change of condition
