About The Position

Easterseals NH is hiring Homemakers and Personal Care Service Providers (PCSPs) to join our compassionate team of in-home caregivers. You’ll bring care, comfort, and connection to individuals in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. If you are a Personal Care Assistant, Caregiver, In-Home Caregiver, Home Health Aid, PCA or if you are looking to start a career in the Human Services field, this could be the role for you! No prior experience needed, we provide paid training to set you up for success! Location: Rochester and surrounding areas Schedules: Full-Time 30 hours/week and Part-Time 20 hours/week available Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly, based on position. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and meet clients’ physical, emotional, and intellectual needs

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping
  • Follow individualized care plans
  • Complete daily documentation
  • Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
  • Support clients during doctor’s appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
