Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid license and automobile insurance
• Must pass background checks, DMV checks, as well as a negative TB test
• Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures
• Personal or professional caregiving experience (1+ years)
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration - if not already registered, we'll assist with the process

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Assist with activities of daily living (ex: walking, grooming, bathing)
• Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities
• Utilize Care app to update office staff on client progress as needed
