About The Position

Overnight caregiving is about far more than staying awake. It is about presence, reassurance, and protecting dignity during the quietest and most vulnerable hours of the day. At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, we are seeking experienced, compassionate overnight in-home caregivers to support seniors in the Sister Bay area. This role is well-suited for caregivers who value focused, unhurried work and have experience supporting individuals living with Parkinson’s disease or dementia. You will deliver consistent, attentive overnight care while being supported by a leadership team that respects your experience, values your expertise, and remains available whenever guidance is needed. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Required experience supporting individuals with Parkinson’s disease and dementia
  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional
  • Ability to work consistent overnight shifts
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive overnight supervision and reassurance
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and comfort as needed
  • Support clients living with Parkinson’s disease or dementia with patience and professionalism
  • Monitor safety, routines, and changes in condition
  • Communicate clearly with the care team and office staff
