About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a trusted in‑home care agency, is hiring a Personal Caregiver to support seniors and adults who want to remain safe and comfortable at home. We’re offering flexible full‑time and part‑time Caregiver roles for people who are reliable, compassionate, and serious about providing quality senior care in Spokane County. Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
  • Not certified yet? We pay for your training.
  • Reliable personal car, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
  • Daily driving is required to travel to and from client homes.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, energetic, and caring attitude with a genuine interest in helping others

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HCA, Home Health Aide, or in senior care is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and safe home upkeep
  • Prepare simple, healthy meals and offer medication reminders
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Work in clients’ homes across Spokane County with a variety of shift times
