About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a trusted in‑home care agency, is hiring a Personal Caregiver to support seniors and adults who want to remain safe and comfortable at home. Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Not certified yet? We pay for your training.
- Reliable personal car, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Daily driving is required to travel to and from client homes.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring attitude with a genuine interest in helping others
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HCA, Home Health Aide, or in senior care is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and safe home upkeep
- Prepare simple, healthy meals and offer medication reminders
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Work in clients’ homes across Spokane County with a variety of shift times
