Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to pass background checks and comply with health regulations.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

additional training in caregiving is a plus.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Administer medications and manage health monitoring as directed.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client care and report changes in health status.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families for better care outcomes.
Follow individualized care plans to ensure each client's specific needs are met.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
