Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
Basic understanding of client health issues and medication management.
Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Assist clients with mobility and ensure their safety at home.
Monitor and document client health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Administer medication and manage care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families to foster a supportive care experience.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
