Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain client confidentiality.
- Flexible availability to meet client scheduling needs.
- Must pass background checks and any required screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate parties.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands as needed.
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to ensure client well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
