Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- CNA and/or Certified Caregiver license.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
- AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans.
- Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration.
- Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests.
