In-home Caregiver- 12 hour shifts
About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregivers to provide support for an Elderly male in his home. The Caregivers will assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of life. Requirements
- Previous caregiving and dementia experience required (home care setting preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (daytime or overnight)
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Must pass background check and provide references and have a driver's license and proof of insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support with transfers, repositioning, and safe ambulation
- Monitor and report any changes and provide companionship and emotional support
