Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients. Location: This role serves clients in Cedar Rapids/Marion, Iowa. Applicants must have reliable transportation . Village Caregiving is based in Iowa City and proudly serves clients across 30 counties in Iowa , with additional office locations available for those interested in opportunities beyond Lee County. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to provide emotional and physical support with kindness and empathy

- Committed to reliability and excellent communication with clients, families, and coworkers
- Passionate about helping people maintain independence and dignity at home
- Comfortable supporting clients who may experience challenges such as mobility limitations or memory-related conditions, with patience and compassion
Responsibilities
- Personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing
- Assisting with mobility and patient transfers
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Offering companionship and emotional support
