About The Position

Make a meaningful difference in seniors’ lives every day! We’re seeking caring, dependable Non-Medical Caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors. In this role, you’ll help clients maintain independence, safety, and well-being while providing companionship and personalized care.

We offer flexibility to fit your schedule:

Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Evening shifts
Overnight / 24-hour care
Full-time or part-time

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare balanced meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying to maintain a safe, comfortable home
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings within a 20-mile radius
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities
• Observe and communicate any changes in a client’s condition
