What You’ll Do: Empower Independence: Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks. Build Meaningful Connections: Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions. Promote Safety & Wellbeing: Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively. Collaborate for Impact: Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Advocate with Heart: Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care. Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.

Requirements

Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques.
Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks.
