About The Position

Right at Home Southern NH is urgently hiring Caregivers to provide essential support to aging adults in the community. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in someone's life. Our current immediate needs are for weekend day shifts in Londonderry, Windham, and Nashua, with options for morning or evening shifts. We specialize in matching caregivers with the right cases in convenient locations, offering flexibility for both part-time and full-time schedules. As the only nurse-owned agency in NH, we have been recognized as a provider of choice for four consecutive years by both clients and caregivers. Join our rapidly growing team and help provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and companionship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to an automobile or adequate transportation.
• Comfortable with housekeeping, companionship, and light personal care tasks.
• Able to lift between 10-50 lbs.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, health and drug screenings, and professional reference checks.

Nice To Haves

• LNA certification or experience in caregiving or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for clients including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and doing dishes.
• Assist clients with everyday living tasks including meal preparation and transportation to appointments.
• Offer companionship and support to clients, helping them engage in social activities and errands.
