About The Position

Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes in Oregon, WI! If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this is the position for you!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma
• Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with cognitive challenges
• Experience and/or comfort with personal cares
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to listen to client's concerns/needs

Responsibilities

• Provide general care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with transfers from bed to wheelchair, shower, etc.
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Complete required documentation of records of care
• Address any additional needs listed on client care plans
• Administer additional cares such as G-Tube feedings, scheduled feedings, and therapies
• Support bowel program/catheter/incontinence care
