About The Position

Summit Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, and direct support professionals (DSPs) who thrive on delivering high -quality one -on -one care across the Twin Cities metro area. Requirements

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule
• A heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support like dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines
• Travel independently between homes across a 35 -mile radius
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately
• Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities
