The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and has consistent availability. Strong communication skills and professionalism are required.

Requirements

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Hands-on experience with Hoyer lifts and transfers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Consistent and dependable availability is required
• Professional, compassionate, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Hoyer lifts and assist with patient transfers
• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Deliver attentive one-on-one home care
• Maintain client safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Communicate clearly with the client, family, and office staff
• Follow the established plan of care and report changes promptly
