About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring caregivers who are passionate about making a difference. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers who want to help others live comfortably and safely at home. Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience and certification)

Requirements

• HCA or CNA license preferred—but not required (we’ll cover your training!)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, pass a written competency test, drug screening, and background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring personality with a strong desire to help others

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship
• Work in clients’ homes with flexible shift options
