Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred — but not required ; we pay for training
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, caring individuals with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Deliver high‑quality in‑home care with professionalism and compassion
Adapt to varying client needs, shift times, and home environments
