About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers and CNAs to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. Caregivers assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and create a safe, respectful, and caring environment for clients and their families. We understand that work should fit into your life. Whether you are seeking full-time hours or a lighter part-time or PRN schedule, we tailor shifts around your availability. Daytime, evening, and weekend options are available, and your preferences are always considered when building schedules. As an in-home caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with clients and support them in remaining comfortable and independent at home. Your work has a direct and positive impact on both clients and their families, and your contributions are truly valued. You will follow clear care plans designed by a registered nurse while enjoying the freedom to work independently in the field. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Clear background check required
  • TB test and physical required prior to starting employment (testing provided)
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience helpful but not required

Nice To Haves

  • CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility and safe transfers
  • Prepare meals based on client needs and preferences
  • Provide light housekeeping and laundry
  • Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
  • Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)
  • Run errands or accompany clients to appointments when needed
  • Document care provided according to guidelines
