About The Position

At Assisting Hands Home Care, we don’t just provide a service; we provide a lifeline. We are looking for compassionate In-Home Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs to help seniors in our community stay safe, happy, and independent in their own homes.

Whether you are an experienced aide or someone with a heart for seniors looking to start a new career, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

As a Caregiver, your goal is to make "home" the best place for a senior to be. Your daily tasks may include:

Requirements

• A compassionate heart and a desire to help others.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Negative TB Test or Chest X-ray.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• CNA license is a plus, but not required—we will train the right people!

Responsibilities

• Companionship: Conversations, walks, and genuine connection.
• Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Light Housekeeping: Keeping the home tidy and preparing nutritious meals.
• Mobility Support: Helping clients move safely around their homes.
• Transportation: Helping with errands or getting to doctor appointments.
