About The Position

The company is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, in-home care to clients. This role involves assisting with personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The caregiver will work closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.

Requirements

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving or home care experience required
Valid Driver's License required
Reliable personal vehicle required
Current CPR certification required
Ability to speak, read, and write in English required
This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
Provide errands or transportation as needed
