Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Active CNA license registered with North Carolina in good standing.
• Compliant with Bayada policy needed for home care.

Responsibilities

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Conduct range of motion exercises.
• Assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
