About The Position

Looking for a part-time role where your work truly matters? Adventure ABA, LLC is seeking Part-Time In-Home Behavior Technicians to provide autism therapy services to families in Wickenburg and nearby communities . In this position, you will work directly with children in their homes, helping them build skills that support independence and everyday success. You do not need prior experience in ABA therapy to apply. With a high school diploma or equivalent , you'll receive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and guidance from experienced clinicians. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful difference in a child's life. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Wickenburg area
