About The Position

Your Role as an In-Home BCBA In this position, you will: Conduct FBAs in the home and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Implement and oversee evidence-based interventions , adapting strategies to natural daily routines. Provide caregiver training to promote consistency and skill development. Supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians , ensuring quality implementation. Collaborate with caregivers, care managers, and additional supports to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA and LBA (or in process)
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience, preferably in insurance-based home services
  • Strong skills in FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and caregiver collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Home-based ABA experience
  • Additional training or certifications (CPI, SKIP, trauma-informed care, etc.)
