In-Home Autism Behavior Technician (Part-Time) | Tucson & Surrounding Areas
About The Position
Searching for a flexible role where you can make a real impact? Adventure ABA, LLC is growing and looking for Part-Time In-Home Autism Behavior Technicians to support children and families across the Tucson area, including Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, and nearby communities . In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support in the home , helping children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging, play-based learning. No prior ABA experience is needed. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent , we'll provide supported Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training , along with hands-on guidance and ongoing support from our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible part-time hours while gaining meaningful experience in behavioral health. As an In-Home Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children and their families, implementing individualized therapy plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Each session is an opportunity to help children grow and succeed in their everyday environments. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage during sessions
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes in the Tucson area
