About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and patient In-Home Aide to provide high-quality care for a client with Dementia . This role focuses on enhancing the client's quality of life through companionship, physical assistance, and specialized memory support. We are looking for a caregiver who understands the unique challenges of dementia and can provide a safe, calm, and engaging environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dementia or Alzheimer’s care is required.
• Must have a Current TB Test , plus CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance are mandatory.
• Must be able to assist with transfers and lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, ethical, and tolerant of small pets.

• CNA Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage dementia-related behaviors with patience and redirection.
• Help with personal hygiene (bathing/dressing), mobility, and physical exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.
• Provide safe transport for errands, shopping, and appointments.
